Yes, to see the provider, all clients must be physically located within the state of Florida at the time therapeutic services are rendered, because the Florida Department of Health issued the therapist's license. This is Florida state law. 

Tidal Haus Therapy offers a full spectrum of therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on emotional clarity, intimacy, and connection. The approach is grounded in Marriage and Family Therapy principles and informed by evidence-based, relational, and systemic methods.  Each session is tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence-based techniques with emotional attunement and systemic insight, creating a therapeutic experience that is both supportive and transformative. 

Tidal Haus Therapy does not take insurance; however, we do provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance company.  A superbill is a detailed receipt that lists the services received, the fees, and the necessary insurance codes. It can be submitted directly to your insurance company to request reimbursement for out-of-network services, which are paid directly to you. Please check with your insurance company to ensure this option is compatible with your plan or check Thrizer for a streamlined experience when using out-of-network (OON) services.

It's really up to you and your preference! Tidal Haus Therapy can accommodate either format. All Florida residents can use telehealth therapy services, and Tampa Bay area residents can also choose in-person sessions. Some clients even prefer a combination of the two. All in-person sessions are conducted in South Tampa (Hyde Park).  St. Pete location is coming soon!
