Transparent pricing, no surprises
I believe in being upfront about fees so cost isn't an unexpected barrier. Reach out if you have questions about what's possible.

Insurance & Payment
Out-of-network provider
Tidal Haus Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider. This means I do not bill insurance directly, but many clients with PPO plans are able to seek partial reimbursement from their insurer.
Superbill provided
At your request, I provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs — which you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company before starting to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Payment methods
I accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. You will receive this estimate before your first session. If you have questions about this, please ask.
Questions about fees?
I'm happy to talk through what's possible. Cost shouldn't be the only thing standing between you and support.
